Valentines Day.

So yeah… happy valentines day and all that jazz…

As you all know, today is the day of love, when Cupid comes out to play and when hearts are broken and hearts are healed.

I, personally do not celebrate Valentines day, not because I don’t have anyone to actually celebrate it with, but because I know that it doesn’t have to be one particular date when you can tell that special someone your true feelings towards them. But I’ve noticed that this isn’t the case with most people.

Being the sad person that I am, I stayed up almost all of last night, eyes glued to Facebook, and I was amazed at how many people were actually getting depressed!

Here is a snapshot of my Facebook news feed this morning. And yes, all my friends are cartoons and their names end in Jo.

I, however, do not feel at all depressed. First of all (and I am going to sound like an old man here) but I am too young. I have billions (slight exaggeration) of years ahead of me to find that one person I love!

I don’t really want to turn this post in to an article, so I just want to say Happy Valentines day to everyone, weather you are alone or not, I’m sure you’ll find the right person one day!

Oh and before I go, I want to wish a very good friend of mines, and a frequent visitor to my blog a very happy birthday.

Happy Birthday, Rachel!

Aaron :)

  1. Can’t say that my fb experience on that day was quite the same. Actually, so many people were posting statuses about their other halves and how much they love them. Funny thing is I have a feeling that next month they will no longer be as in love with each other as they were before.
